Returns & Refunds

UAE Returns
Simple! If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you can return the products that are unworn, free of any stains or smell, with the tags and labels attached (Excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your shipment. You can simply go to returns section, from the account icon placed on the top right of your header. Insert your order number and your registered email and click on find my order. From here, you can select on the order you want to return.

International Returns
For all orders placed outside of UAE, you can return your items with your own courier company within 14 days of the date of receiving your shipment. Send an email to operations@notstitched.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return address. Please make sure to have a copy of your AWB bill printed with your order number written on the bill and placed inside your return package.

Returns during sale for both UAE and international orders will be returned as a store credit with a validity of 6 months.

Once we receive your goods back to our warehouse, they go through a quality inspection to check if the item is in its original condition. If approved by our specialist team, returns within the UAE can take up to 14 days to reflect on your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time. For all returns outside UAE, proceeds will be returned as a store credit with a validity of 6 months.

  • Credit Cards: Refund will reflect your bank account within 14 days depending on your bank processing time
  • Store credit: Refund will be received within 24 hours after approval.

A return air waybill (AWB) is a document issued by the courier company when any order is placed. This document provides detailed information about the shipment and allows customers to keep a track of their shipment. AWB bill will be sent to your mailbox once your order is placed.

Unfortunately, exchanges are currently unavailable. In case you are unhappy with your order, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order and place a new order.

Please make sure your request is placed within 14 days of the date of receiving your shipment. Orders exceeding the 14 days will not be eligible to initiate a return request. If you prefer to continue your shopping spree, you can simply select on continue shopping. Once you are finally done, you can simply proceed to Checkout and complete your purchase. Make sure to insert a working phone number and your address.

Yes, you may check out as a guest user; simply enter your email address on the checkout page. This will not generate an account for you; it is only a mechanism for us to communicate with you to confirm the order and inform you on its status. However, we would highly recommend you registering for an account to avoid entering your details every time you want to place an order and be able to make use of all the website features.

Before proceeding to check out, you will be able to validate your coupon and benefit from the discount on the total amount of your order. All coupons have a validity, if your coupon has expired, the system will automatically detect the code and will not grant the discount.

For all SOLD OUT products, you can notify us by dropping an email at info@notstitched.com with the reference number of the item. Once restocked, we will notify you. We would also suggest you check in from time to time to see if the collection or the item is restocked.

Shipping & Delivery

Customs/import duties vary from one country to other. These charges are applied to shipments once the parcel arrives in the destination country, depending on the duty and tax rules of that country. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.

Any valid document such as your ID Card, your passport or license with the same details you entered while placing your order will be accepted. Please show this document upon receiving your parcel from the delivery company to ensure a smooth and headache-free process.

You can change your address from your account settings page. Click on “View Address” and press on the “Edit” button. Make sure to click on the “update address” button once you update your details. However, if your order is already dispatched by the delivery team, you will have to pay the extra charges of having it delivered to a different location than your primary location when placing your order.
