We ship to over 130 countries. If you live somewhere exciting that’s not in the list in the top right corner of our website, we’re very sorry. Hopefully, we will be able to ship to your country in the near future.
Where do you ship your products from?+-
All orders placed on our website are shipped from our central warehouse in Sweden.The warehouse is closed during Bank Holidays, find the deviating dates below. To what countries do you ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)?+-
We currently ship DDP to the United States, the United Kingdom, Norway and Saudi Arabia.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?+-
We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. The delivery time is calculated from the day after you place your order, and you can see your estimated delivery time in the checkout. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a more exact delivery date. Our warehouse only operates during business hours, Monday to Friday. NOTE: During sale or promotion, the demand for our products is higher than normal. Please add 1-3 business days to the delivery terms during these days. For UK orders, delays might be experienced due to Brexit related disruptions. We assure you that we’re doing everything we can to make sure that you’ll receive your order as soon as possible.
I did not receive my order, what should I do?+-
If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service within 30 days* from the date the order was placed.
*After this period of time, we are not able to claim any lost orders.
When will I receive my order containing pre-ordered items?+-
Please note that ordinary delivery times do not apply to orders including pre-ordered items. When placing a pre-order a specific shipping date will be communicated on the individual product page. If your pre-order also includes other items they will be shipped at the same time.
